Ranchi: There is good news for the people of Jharkhand. In fact, the Jharkhand education project council has issued notification for recruitment to several posts like teachers. A total of 497 vacant posts will be restored through this. The restoration has been taken out for various districts of Jharkhand. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official portal http://jepc.jharkhand.gov.in. As per the notification issued, only women candidates can apply for these posts. The application of male candidates will not be valid. The selected women candidates will be appointed in residential Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas in various districts.

Educational Qualification:-
For teacher posts-
The candidates should have a graduation degree from any recognized university in the respective subject.
The candidate has passed the Teacher Eligibility Test along with B.Ed.
For the post of Accountant-
Candidates should have a B.Com degree.
For cook post-
Candidates must be passed 10th.
Age Limit:-
The age of candidates for recruitment to these posts should be between 21 years and 35 years.
In the upper age limit, OBCÂ category candidates have been given 3 years relaxation and SC and ST category candidates have been given 5 years relaxation.
Selection Process:-
The candidates will be selected on a contract basis.
