Prayagraj: A lawsuit has been registered against the dismissed teachers who got jobs in fake recruitment of 68500 assistant teachers on the order of the High Court. On the order of the High Court, a case has been registered against Colonelganj police station against a total of 87 people. A case has been registered against 49 sacked assistant teachers and 38 teachers on the complaint of Registrar Examination Regulatory Authority Rajasekhar.

These teachers are accused that after examining the copies, they had given more numbers in the mark sheet, due to which the failed candidates were wrongly selected. It is noteworthy that 68500 assistant teacher recruitment was involved in controversies from the very beginning. After the result of this recruitment was declared, there was a charge of including some failed candidates in the final selection list.

These allegations were investigated by a committee of inquiry formed on the instructions of the government. In which the services of 49 teachers were terminated if the allegations were found correct. These teachers challenged their dismissal order in the High Court. The High Court, while hearing the application of the dismissed teachers, ordered the registration of an FIR. Now this case will be investigated again.
