CBI is seen in action mode across the country. In this episode, the CBI arrested the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of NBCC and the promoter of the company for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 2.30 lakh from a company. This company is working under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Project in Shillong.

Of this, 80 thousand rupees are being given for the road project and the remaining 1.5 lakh rupees 54 lakhs to pass the pending bills. The CBI arrested Sagir Ahmed and Subhash Jhunjhunwala in this case and Udaipur, Agartala, Panvel, and Raids were conducted in their offices and residential complexes in Shillong.
