Wednesday, The prosecution accomplished its arguments against former media baron Peter Mukerjea’s bail submission, alleging he was also a conspirator in the murder of Sheena Bora.

The CBI prosecutor said that” the investigation is at a crucial stage and Mukerjea could tamper with witnesses and evidence if granted bail.” Meanwhile, Peter’s lawyer Abad Ponda said “Mukerjea’s letter to Indrani on his birthday was intentionally leaked to the media”.

Later, Ponda told the Court “Mukerjea had written a letter as Indrani was depressed. It was just to comfort her,”
