Mumbai: There has been a big disclosure about CBI sub-inspector Abhishek Tiwari. In fact, he had taken a bribe against the former Home Minister of Maharashtra for giving information and documents related to the preliminary investigation and corruption case. According to reports, he had allegedly taken a bribe of the iPhone 12-Pro from Anil Deshmukh's lawyer in the month of June. Recently, the investigating agency has told this in its FIR registered against the employee. It is being told that Abhishek Tiwari was arrested by the CBI on Wednesday for allegedly giving information. It was alleged that he had supported the former Home Minister of Maharashtra.

Let us tell you that on Thursday, the investigating agency has also arrested Anil Deshmukh's lawyer Anand Daga in this case. Yes, the investigation against Anil Deshmukh is based on the allegations made by former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in the Bombay High Court. The action against Abhishek Tiwari and Daga comes after the leak of the alleged Preliminary Investigation (PE) report of the CBI, which found that no cognizable offense was made out against Deshmukh on the allegations made by Param Bir Singh. If the FIR of August 31 made by the CBI is to be believed, then Abhishek Tiwari had visited Pune in the same case.

In fact, the CBI has said in the FIR, "It is learned that Advocate Anand Daga met Abhishek Tiwari and illegally gave him an iPhone 12 Pro in return for giving details about the said inquiry and investigation. This lead to the public conscience." It was also credibly revealed that he was illegally receiving bribes from Daga at regular intervals.
