Panchkula: Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who was charged in a special CBI court on Saturday, appeared in a special CBI court through the video conference in the camp of Gurmeet Ram Rahim in Sirsa. The remaining two accused Pankaj Garg and MP Singh were brought to court, but the matter could not be heard in the CBI court today due to the decision on a petition filed in the High Court.

Now the next hearing of this case will be held on 18 December. It is worth mentioning that in the last hearing, the defense filed a petition in the court and sought a copy of the statements of the complainants from the CBI. The CBI had given some copies of the statements of the complainants to the defense but did not provide a copy of the remaining statements.

In addition to Ram Rahim, in the case registered in the case of the impotence of 400 sadhus, Dr. Mohindra Insan and Dr. PR Garg is accused. The charges against these three have been finalized on 3 August 2018. In 2000, Gurmeet Ram Rahim made 400 sadhus impotent by pretending to get salvation. It is alleged that this was done so that these sages are bereft of family growth and remain loyal to the dera.
