Maulana Salman Nadvi, a former member of the board going to Ayodhya before the All India Muslim Personal Law Board meeting to be held in Lucknow on Sunday, was stopped at the border of Ayodhya on Saturday. According to media reports, Salman Nadvi is a former member of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board. Earlier, he had advocated a Ram temple in Ayodhya in a meeting of the Personal Law Board. Due to this, the Personal Law Board had shown Salman Nadvi the way out of the board. After this, Salman Nadvi introduced a formula to settle the dispute of Ayodhya. In the formula, he was proposed to build a Ram temple here.

Maulana Salman Nadvi was a member of the Executive of Muslim Personal LA Board. But he was expelled from the board for strongly advocating giving the disputed land of Ayodhya to Hindus to build temples.
