Indore: In spite of orders of Madhya Pradesh High Court, parents are not willing to pay school fee and continue to demand bifurcation of even tuition fees. In such a situation, Indore Sahodaya Complex of CBSE (central board of secondary education) schools will be now approaching district administration, state education department, and district education officer seeking a solution. "Parents need to understand that tuition fee is a cumulative fee for teaching and not even schools ever bifurcated the charges stating that this much for physics practical and this much for economics practical," UK Jha, chairperson of Sahodaya, said.
In the last meeting of the complex, all the CBSE school principals shared their dilemma. "Most parents are not willing to pay school fees, and schools cannot in any way pressure them to do so," Jha said. He added that this leaves them in a difficult situation. "School management will take the final call on salaries and other issues, but as of now, we need a way to ensure that parents are paying school fees," Jha said. In order to ensure the same, all the CBSE school principals will be now approaching administration. "We need to pay 80 percent salaries compulsorily and we are not receiving fee payments, leaving us a difficult situation," Jhah said.
