Incidents of violence and physical assault against doctors by patients? kin have been reporting from various parts of the country. M-Town celebs have taken to their social media handles to condemn the act. Mohanlal took to his Facebook handle and said, ?We all have been fighting the Covid epidemic for the past year and a half. And the health workers including doctors are the frontline warriors of this battle.? The star also added that the doctors and the frontline workers are relentlessly working and sacrificing their lives to keep us safe in our homes and expressed condemnation of such acts.

Actor-producer-director Prithviraj Sukumaran too reflected his thoughts on the same. He shared that the only way to win this war is through the soldiers - doctors. ?They are our soldiers. And we have a war to win! Stop attack on doctors. ,? he penned.

Aishwarya Lekshmi, who herself is doctor by profession, expressed that all of us should be indebted to the medical professionals for their selfless service. ?We should be indebted to medical professionals, for all the selfless service that they provide us with during these times. But, I don?t need to elaborate, you all know of the recent events. This needs to stop, once and forever.
