New Delhi: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) recently released an estimate on global growth rate (GDP), according to which the global GDP will be below three percent. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said on Saturday that there is an atmosphere of economic slowdown all over the world. But India is the fastest-growing developing economy.

Javadekar further said, 'The growth rate in China, Europe and America has reduced very much. In China, it has come down from 11 percent to six percent. But even after all this, India is the fastest growing developing economy. ' Apart from this, on the banking sector, Javadekar said that banks in India are not closed, so there is no need for the customers to worry. Employment opportunities are also increasing in the country. However, some problems have arisen in the manufacturing and export sector. Therefore, the Modi government at the Center has taken big steps in view of the problems. Javadekar said that it is such a government that takes decisions.

Not only this, Javadekar has also questioned Manmohan Singh's suspicion of becoming India's 50 trillion economies by the year 2024. Javadekar says that India's economic growth rate has been more than seven percent in the last seven years. In this context, he said that when Manmohan Singh was the Prime Minister of the country, the condition of the economy was dismal at that time.
