'Centre to set up for talented children' says Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal

NEW DELHI: Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' in the Modi government on Thursday directed the Department of School Education and Literacy to set up a 'Centre for Talented Children' at the National Children's Building. Pokhariyal visited the institution under an autonomous unit of the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (HRD) after which it was announced.

The Minister has said that a centre of talented children should be set up at Bal Bhawan under PM Narendra Modi's innovative teaching programme. Union Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that the government is not in Ramesh Pokhria Nishank on Thursday inspected the National Children's Building Institute and asked the Department of School Education and Literacy to create a 'Centre for Talented Children' under the Innovative Learning Programme.

Human Resource Development Minister Dr. Nishank is conducting recreational and interesting activities to develop children's skills in the National Children's Building, to expand their creative abilities in arts and crafts, music, dance, science, museum technology, physical education. The aim of the centre is to enhance the creative potential of children by providing a common platform and on various occasions to share experiences with various national level renowned artists in the field of art, singing, music, dance, etc.
