The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tokyo Olympics has admitted that the organizers are becoming increasingly concerned about the potential impact of the corona virus on this year's Games.

Toshiro Muto has said that he hopes that this will be settled in China soon so that the anxiety will be reduced before the Olympics. He said before the meeting with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), 'We are very concerned that the infection of the virus may affect the preparations for the Games. I hope to get it finished as soon as possible. We will cooperate fully to save the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Government of Japan and the city of Tokyo from this disease.

Let us tell you that about 500 people died due to this virus in China and at least 24000 people are infected with it. More than 20 countries have confirmed corona virus cases. Although no one has died in Japan till now, but at least 10 people have been infected by the cruise carrying 3711 people. Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike said, "We will do everything to protect the players so that they can perform at their best." Earlier, Japanese Prime Minister AB Shinzo said earlier this week that the country would work closely with the World Health Organization (WHO) so that preparations for the Tokyo Olympics are not hampered. The Olympic qualifying events of boxing and badminton in China were canceled due to the Corona virus. The Tokyo Olympics will begin on July 24, while the Paralympics will begin on August 25.
