Chaitra Navratri is going to start from 25 March 2020 and Hindu New Year is being started with which a fast of 9 days is kept. - The capacity of every human body is different. Therefore, who should eat what and in what interval, it depends on their capacity. Anyway, what suits his body is difficult to say. Therefore, choose the fast according to your body.

If you suddenly feel dizzy during the fast, then you have a problem of dehydration. Meaning that in some time there is no food in your body, then weakness starts coming in your body. In this case, take milk, buttermilk, curd or fruit etc. every 3-4 hours. Be sure to stay hungry for a long time.

Eat more and more seasonal fruits during the year. Keep eating something every 3-3 hours. Instead of eating apples and bananas, eat more oranges and seasonal fruits. Fibers are high in them, which does not cause constipation and the body also gets abundant water.

Similarly, instead of eating potatoes at night, eat seasonal vegetables. Spinach, radish, tomato, pumpkin, sitaphal eat more than potatoes. If you want to eat potato, instead of frying it, mash it in boiled form and eat it with curd.

Drink lassi every three hours instead of eating bananas in the world. This will not cause dehydration in the body and will not cause dizziness. Also you will not feel hungry. If you like to drink juice, then drink fresh fruit juice instead of packed juice. There is a provision to eat some things and not eat some things during the fast. Get to know these things well and drink more and more water. During the fast, fill the stomach with water as much as possible. It does not cause hunger and does not cause dizziness. So keep the fast of Navratri in this way and be healthy.
