Change the way of Your Living

We have all taken those 30 days challenges to include some healthy habits in our lifestyle. But the question is, how many of those did work out?

How many of those ‘healthy lifestyle’ hacks did we actually do? Because interestingly enough, just the thought of doing those tasks makes me want to go back to bed.

Yet, we all need those habits in our life regardless, because how else will we be more efficient about living a life full of discipline and efficiency?

The trick is to start with small tasks, don’t go all out and clean your whole house, because that habit won’t even last a few days if you’re a master procrastinator like me. On the very first day, just starting by making your bed, or by putting that coffee mug into the sink instantly after drinking is enough of an accomplishment, trust me.

Another tip is to not make a complete timetable for the whole day, because I mean, who even follows that? Not me. Just try to wake up five to ten minutes early for a week, don't be hard on yourself if you can’t, just don’t give up and try doing it again the next day, I know how hard it is to get out of those warm sheets.

Try not to scroll through social media first thing in the morning, you can make your bed, if that seems too much, pick a book and start reading it, or taking bath first thing in the morning might seem like ticking off the biggest task being of your chest.

The smallest things make the biggest differences, you will eventually see the results, but going all out and then not continuing it will only make you not want to start ever again.

Build on the life you want to live block by block because a house made of cards never stays put.
