Raipur: The baby born dead from the mother's womb came alive in a short while. The staff of the Mahtari Express of the health department avoided an untoward incident by giving a cardiac massage and CPR to the child in the moving ambulance. Now all the people are praising this life-saving alert of 102 staff. Kuleshwari, a resident of Kekra Kholi village, nestled amidst the remote forests of Magarlod block of Dhamtari district, suffered labour pains.

The family members called Mitanin of the village and made the delivery, in which a girl was born. But the newborn was neither breathing nor beating. Meanwhile, the Mahtari Express with 102 services reached the village. Mitanins briefed 102 staff about the girl's condition. In view of the critical situation, immediately both the mother and the child were sent to Dhamtari district hospital in a 102 ambulance. Meanwhile, in 102, EMT Sarju Ram Sahu played the most important role. They breathed the newborn through the mouth and took out the water-filled in the baby's nose, which opened the baby's respiratory tract. This was followed by CPR and cardiac massage. In a short effort, the baby started beating and she started crying as soon as she was breathing.

Seeing the child acting, everyone lost their lives and now the child has been kept on oxygen inside the SNCU in the district hospital. Let us know that the mother of the child Kuleshwari is also admitted. In this case, Dr. D.K. Turre, CMHO of Dhamtari district, said that our 102 staff are trained in advance for this type of emergency.
