Naxalites attack in Bastar, 2 people died including Assistant Commandant of ITBP

Many types of cases are coming out from the country, meanwhile, two people, including the assistant commandant of ITBP, have died in the attack of Naxalites in Chhattisgarh. On the Narayanpur-Barsur road of the state, the Naxalites attacked the road opening party of the security forces, in which two persons have died.

In the same Naxalite attack, Assistant Commandant Sudhakar Sinde (Nanded, Maharashtra) and 45 Bn ITBP soldier Gurmukh (Punjab) were martyred. IG Bastar P Sundarraj said that the Naxalites fought near ITBP Camp Kademeta in the Narayanpur district. Two ITBP soldiers were martyred in this attack. The Naxalites fled the spot after looting one AK-47 rifle, two bullet-proof jackets, and a wireless set.

On the other hand, 3 persons including 2 policemen were injured in a grenade attack on security forces in the Saraf Kadal area of Jammu and Kashmir's capital Srinagar on Thursday. "The terrorists hurled a grenade at a security forces vehicle at Saraf Kadal in the old city at around 9.20 pm," the officials said. He said two policemen and a civilian were injured in the case. Officials said the injured were taken to a hospital where their condition is stated to be stable.
