Animated shows usually strive to deliver knowledge, a clear message, and entertainment all in one, thus when it comes to the animation sector, one must think beyond the box. Chhota Bheem, Veer the Robot Boy, Motu Patlu, Shiva, and Gattu Battu are some of the most well-known animated cartoon series that have captivated the cartoon industry, which has recently evolved into the ultimate medium for artistic expression influencing kids.

Neeraj Vikram, who has created India's well-known animated shows such as Motu Patlu, Shaka Laka Boom Boom, and Son Pari, works round the clock to connect with the children to bring the finest stories to television.

Talking about the thinking process behind the animated shows, he said, "For me working a normal story is a bit difficult as you really have thought a lot, but when we write stories into the animated world it is very different, imagining like if a Sonpari rounds up her stick so that person gets landed up with her magic stick in some corner of the earth and lands in the dark. It is a completely different process, but sometimes it is easy because real-life observation helps a lot, and then processing and writing it into a cartoon connection. Real-life connections also play a very important role for the complete process from writing to presenting it for the audience".

He further said, "The best thing I like and sometimes I feel cute and so innocent is that children do come to me sometimes. And ask for the Shaka Laka Boom Boom pencil and that Magic Stick of Sonpari so that they could finish their homework just as they saw in the cartoon series".

For the people who don’t know, Niraj Vikram served in the Army as a Short Service commissioned Officer for five years and came to Mumbai to pursue his dream of joining the Bollywood industry. Later, he was recognized as an amazing writer. He is also a very popular actor and producer.

On the work front, he showcased his acting skills in series like Tiger, Panther: Waqt ki Raftar, All the Best, Andaaz, and Sonpari. Apart from this, he has also produced various short films like Daadu Ji, Ting Tong, a short film on Swachta Abhiyan, The Pandavas, and Lallan Babban Jumman among others and a lot of cartoon animated series because of his love for children. He is so loved by the smaller age group of the audience.
