Patna: Lok Janshakti Party supremo and MP Chirag Paswan has fiercely attacked CM Nitish Kumar on the Chhapra poisoning death case. Describing the deaths as murders, he has even demanded the registration of a case against Nitish Kumar. Chirag Paswan said, "Why shouldn't an FIR be lodged against Nitish Kumar? I am not accusing him of violating any law but of being the culprit of the Chhapra killings."
He attacked the Bihar CM for his "Piyega To Marega" remarks and said it exposed Nitish Kumar's arrogance even after several deaths in spurious liquor incidents. I am sure that no CM of any state will make such insensitive and shameful remarks for the people of the state. It is the arrogance of Nitish Kumar which is visible in this matter.
Paswan said that if the prohibition law is not being implemented properly in Bihar then who should be held responsible for it? Shouldn't Nitish Kumar be responsible for this? He further said that he would meet the family members of those who lost their lives in the spurious liquor tragedy and then meet the Governor and demand the imposition of the President's rule in the state. Let us tell you that 65 people have died so far in Bihar after drinking spurious liquor. Maximum of 60 people have lost their lives in Chhapra due to drinking spurious liquor. Apart from this, 4 people have died in Siwan and now one person has died in Begusarai. However, the person who died in Begusarai had taken liquor from Delhi.
