During the meeting, it was also informed that "The proposed programme of Procurement 2021 has set a target of covering an area of 149.57 lakh hectares with kharif crops and producing 2.72 lakh MT. Similarly, efforts are being made to increase the availability of DAP to 4.50 lakh MT".
