Bhopal: Today is Himachal Diwas on 15th April. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has congratulated everyone. "I extend my best wishes to all himachalites on the StateHood Day of Dev Bhoomi Himachal Pradesh. In fact, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has tweeted and congratulated all the Himachalites in a tweet.

In a tweet, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated Himachal Chief Minister Jairam Thakur and the citizens of Devbhoomi and said, "Blessed with the blessings of the deities, the Ganga of development continued to flow in Himachal Diwas Pradesh and happiness, prosperity and happiness continue dwell in the lives of the citizens. I wish the State continued development and happiness and prosperity. Let us also tell all of you that Himachal Pradesh is located in the northern part of India. In fact, Jammu and Kashmir is located in the north, Punjab in the west, Haryana in the south-west, Uttarakhand in the south-east and Tibet in the east.

The official languages of Himachal Pradesh are Hindi and Sanskrit. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur is currently there while Himachal Pradesh Governor Bandaru Dattatreya is present. Himachal Pradesh is said to have been formed as the province of chief commissioner on April 15, 1948 after independence. Then, on 25january 1950, Himachal was made a 'C' category state. At the same time, in 1966, the hilly areas of Punjab were included in Himachal Pradesh.
