Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will present development schemes worth about Rs 933 crore to the city dwellers at a function held at Mahant Digvijaynath Park today. CM Yogi is going to inaugurate projects worth Rs 316.37 crore related to the Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) and lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 616.62 crore. As part of the information received, for the first time in the history of GDA, such a large amount of projects are being inaugurated and laid. CM will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of schemes for more than 1200 flats during this period.
As part of the information received, CM Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate projects worth Rs 316.37 crore constructed by GDA at the event to be held in the afternoon. Out of these, projects costing Rs. 18.09 crore have been prepared from the infrastructure fund. CM Yogi will also lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 513.04 crore proposed by GDA. Projects worth Rs. 63.15 crore will be completed from the Infrastructure Fund. CM Yogi will also lay the foundation stone of 250 projects worth Rs 103.57 crore under the Accelerated Economic Development Scheme.
The development works in Gorakhpur are also said to be carried out by GDA in 32 new villages covered by the Municipal Corporation. According to reports, the online process will begin from Monday after the inauguration of the flat to be done by CM Yogi today. With this, 440 flats will be available in Greenwood apartments and GDA is going to give new year gifts to the people of Purvanchal on December 20. The proposed Green-Wood Apartments will have 440 houses on seven acres of land between the Buddhist Museum and the Zoo and online booking for the same will start from tomorrow on. Monday. According to reports, 32 villages included in Gorakhpur Municipal Corporation will be developed at a cost of Rs 103 crore and the foundation stone will be laid by CM Yogi in Gorakhpur today. For this, the government has released 10 percent of the amount and the authority has floated tenders for the same. 250 projects of road and drain length of about 140 km length will also be taken up and GDA has been targeted to complete the work by 15th January.
