Another case has recently been registered against Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari in Delhi. There are reports that a complaint has been lodged before the Delhi Police Cyber Cell against Twitter India Managing Director Manish Maheshwari and a non-profit organization for hurting religious sentiments.

You must be aware that a case has already been registered against Twitter in connection with the viral video of the beating of an elderly man in Ghaziabad and the controversial map of India. However, a notice has been issued to the MD in the Ghaziabad case and now the matter has gone to the Supreme Court. In fact, the complaint filed by advocate Aditya Singh Deshwal has sought registration of FIR against Twitter Communications India Pvt Ltd, Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari, and Twitter India Public Policy Manager Shagufta Kamran as well as Republic Atheist founders and CEOs Armin Nawabi and Susana McIntry.

In fact, the advocate referred to a post on the picture of the Hindu Goddess and said, "The content posted by Twitter users was not only derogatory but also causing enmity, hatred, and malice in the society.''
