Jammu: LG Manoj Sinha unveiled earlier Integrated Grievance Redressal System of the state to solve the issues of citizens. Under this system, complaints and other matters of individuals will be monitored round the clock. This website will be linked with the Complain Portal of the Government of India. Now the resident will reach the direct Delhi court.
In a discussion with the reporters at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar on Friday, Sinha said that the decision to bring the Jammu and Kashmir Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System to fore for the first time was taken in a meeting of the State Administrative Council (SAC) on Friday. Manoj Sinha said that after meeting various delegations came to know that the officers of administration and other departments related to governance are not available to the people. Therefore, it has been decided to start J&K IGRMS.
Sinha said that this portal of Jammu and Kashmir Complexo will be linked with the complaint portal of the Government of India. The pilot project started in Srinagar, Jammu and Reasi. By October 2, this facility will also be available for the remaining cities. LG said that the status of the portal will be updated every minute. If there is any delay or misbehaviour while addressing the grievances of the people, action will be taken against the officer concerned. Also, strict action will be taken in case of any kind of mistake in all works.
