New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi will appear in two court in Ahmedabad today. After being presented in a court in Ahmedabad in the case of 'All Modi thieves' on Thursday, Rahul Gandhi had declared himself innocent. He has arrived in Ahmedabad since Thursday to appear in court in three cases.

Today, in the cases in which Rahul Gandhi is to be produced, the first case is related to describing Union Home Minister Amit Shah as 'accused of murder'. Rahul Gandhi had accused Amit Shah of murder during a rally in Gujarat. After which BJP councilor Krishnavadan Brahmabhatta filed a defamation case against him. In this case, Ahmedabad magistrate court summoned Rahul Gandhi in May. It is noteworthy that Amit Shah was acquitted in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case in 2015.

The second case relates to the Ahmedabad District Cooperative (ADC) Bank. Rahul Gandhi had alleged that Rs 750 crore was converted into ADC Bank in five days at the time of demonetisation. Let me tell you that Amit Shah is the director of this bank. Rahul claimed that Amit Shah's involvement in it. After this, the chairman of the bank filed a defamation case against Rahul Gandhi.
