Bhopal: The Congress has once again followed the path of Hindutva to take on the Bharatiya Janata Party in Madhya Pradesh. State Congress President Kamal Nath has issued a letter to party leaders to celebrate Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav. "As per the directions of state Congress President Hon'ble Kamal Nath (former CM), you have been directed by the Pradesh Congress Committee in connection with all the religious and social gatherings to be organized from time to time.''

This month is Ram Navami on April 10 and Hanuman Janmotsav on April 16, 2022. On the occasion of these two auspicious religious festivals, the recitation of Lord Ram Katha, the celebrations of Ramlila and worship of Lord Ram and the recitation of Sunder Kand and Hanuman Chalisa are being organized on the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav.

After issuing letters to celebrate only Ram Navami and Hanuman Janmotsav in the month of Ramzan, the BJP as well as the Congress MLA himself has now raised questions. BJP MLA and former protem speaker Rameshwar Sharma has called it a "hypocrisy" of Congress. He said the Congress, which had called Ram a fantasy, is now remembering Ram after losing one election after another. While Congress had also raised questions on Ram Sethu. Since the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Rahul Gandhi has not tweeted any congratulatory tweets, so it shows that the Congress is only an electoral Hindu.
