Congress Leader accused Marshals for misconduct with female MPs

New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary has accused marshals for misconduct with women MPs inside the House. Chaudhary said in the Lok Sabha on Monday (November 25) for the first time in history till date, security personnel have scrambled with women MPs inside the House. He said that the misconduct with male MPs also happened.

Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary has said that we will demand action against that security personnel. He said that it is our right to speak in Parliament. Nothing can stop us from this. It is noteworthy that Congress on Monday staged a protest in the Lok Sabha against the formation of the government in Maharashtra by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Congress MPs gathered in front of Mahatma Gandhi's statue and raised slogans of 'Modi Sarkar Shame Shame' and 'Save Democracy'. The party's interim president Sonia Gandhi also participated in the protest.

Two Congress MPs within the House, TN Prathapan and Hibi Eden waved a big banner and other MPs also raised slogans against the Modi government. The MPs said that "democracy has been murdered in Maharashtra". During this entire protest, there was a push between the Congress MPs and the Marshals happened. After this, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary accused the marshals inside the Parliament of pushing and misconducting with women MPs.
