In Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, the Congress leader and councilor were shot dead on Thursday outside his house. Congress leader's name is Dharmendra Sonkar. The police is looking for unknown attackers. According to the information, despite the tightening of police system during curfew on Thursday, the case of murder of Congress leader has come to light. Due to the killing in broad daylight, panic has spread in the area. It is being told that Congress leader and the ward councilor have been shot dead due to the old enmity. Police is searching for unknown attackers.

There is chaos in Bhanatalaiya area located in Hanumanatal due to firing in the afternoon. Dharmendra Sonkar, a councilor from the area's Radhakrishna Malaviya ward, was sitting in a temple outside his house. During this time, miscreants attacked him. After carrying out the incident, the attackers fled. People around there rushed Dharmendra Sonkar to the city hospital in critical condition, where he died during treatment. During the attack, Dharmendra Sonkar was shot in the chest and waist. As soon as the bullet hit, he fell on the ground. After hearing the sound of the bullet, when the family reached outside the house, Dharmendra fell down in a bloody condition.

He was immediately taken to the City Hospital with the help of his family and nearby people. Regarding the incident, the Superintendent of Police says that the accused of the attack has been identified as Monu Sonkar and the team has been deployed to apprehend him. He will be arrested soon.
