Dharmendra Sonkar, a councilor from the area's Radhakrishna Malaviya ward, was sitting in a temple outside his house. During this time, miscreants attacked him. After carrying out the incident, the attackers fled. People around there rushed Dharmendra Sonkar to the city hospital in critical condition, where he died during treatment. During the attack, Dharmendra Sonkar was shot in the chest and waist. As soon as the bullet hit, he fell on the ground. After hearing the sound of the bullet, when the family reached outside the house, Dharmendra fell down in a bloody condition.
