Earlier, the Chief Minister of the state Yeddyurappa and his daughter also tested COVID19 positive. Former Chief Minister of the state Siddaramaiah also tested Corona positive. He also had to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. Along with this, recently Home Minister Amit Shah was also found corona infected. The former President of the country Pranab Mukherjee has also been infected with Corona.

He is currently hospitalized, where he underwent brain surgery. The condition of the President is still critical. At this time the number of infected people has crossed 31 thousand 67 thousand, while the death toll has reached 58 thousand. Maharashtra is the most infected state in the country. Tamil Nadu is at the second place. Andhra Pradesh is in third place.
