BJP's second round of meeting in Maharashtra, no decision yet

The notice asks that a press conference has been held by you on November 8 at Press Club, Ranchi without permission. Which is prima facie a case of violation of model code of conduct. Along with this, asking for their reply within two days of receipt of the letter, they have asked that you should explain your stand and why not file an FIR against you for the violation of the Model Code of Conduct. The letter said that no permission was obtained from the district administration (election) or a single-window system for the meeting.
