New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal has created a political ruckus by appealing to print pictures of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi on the country's notes. Now Congress leaders targeted CM Kejriwal and said that pictures of Allah,  Jesus, Guru Nanak, Buddha and Mahavir should also be included on currency notes.

Senior Congress leader Salman Anees Soz has taken a jibe at Arvind Kejriwal. Salman said that 'Dear Arvind Kejriwal, if Lakshmi and Ganesha can bring prosperity, then we should ensure more prosperity and also include Allah, Jesus, Guru Nanak, Buddha and Mahavir.' At the same time, Congress leader Sandeep Dixit termed Kejriwal as 'Team B' of the BJP. Dixit said that if Kejriwal visits Pakistan, he can also call himself a Pakistani. He said, 'Kejriwal is the B team of BJP and RSS. They have no understanding. This is their vote politics. If he goes to Pakistan, he can say that I am Pakistani, so vote for me.'

Let us inform you that CM Kejriwal on Wednesday (26 October 2022) urged PM Narendra Modi and the central government to print the photos of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi on the notes. He said that to get the blessings of the gods and goddesses, we should put their pictures on the notes like it is done in Indonesia.
