Jaipur: Congress Legislature Party meeting in Rajasthan completed. CM Ashok Gehlot and many other ministers and party MLAs were present in the meeting. The meeting was held in Suryagarh, Jaisalmer. After reconciliation in CM Ashok Gehlot and former CM Sachin Pilot, a meeting of the party Legislature was held. CM Gehlot gathered all the MLAs in the presence of top Congress leaders sent from Delhi. It is being speculated that Sachin Pilot should be given the position of Deputy CM in this Legislature Party meeting.

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi called Sachin Pilot on Monday and had a direct conversation. Pilot also made a commitment to continue his political innings with the Congress. The high command has announced the formation of a 3-member committee to look into the grievances of the pilot and his supporting MLAs. While the Congress has tried to keep the number game in the Rajasthan assembly, Pilot, who is losing the support of his party colleagues too, consider it a safer option to remain in the party.

Earlier, when Pradeep was asked about the incident of Gehlot and Pilot, he had given a clear indication that after the meeting with Sachin Pilot and MLAs, this chapter has closed now. Forgetting all the bitterness and old things, they are going to work together for the progress and development of Rajasthan. Surjewala gave credit for this solution to Rahul Gandhi's foresight and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's resolve to take everyone along. However, he appreciated CM Ashok Gehlot.
