Indore: Karan Morwal, son of Congress MLA Murli Morwal, has been arrested by the police in Indore city. The girl had filed a rape report against Karan. After his arrest in this case, Karan had taken anticipatory bail by applying a fake medical certificate, on which a case was registered against him. The police had announced a reward of Rs 5000 on him.

According to the news received, the MG Road police station has arrested Karan Morwal from MG Road police station area on Tuesday morning. An FIR was registered against him under sections 420, 467, 468 for presenting fake documents in the court. Police is interrogating criminal Karan Morwal. However, in the meantime, an information also came that Karan himself surrendered after reaching the police station, but the police say that he has been arrested.

Let us tell you that Murli Morwal is an MLA from Badnagar assembly seat of Ujjain city of Madhya Pradesh. A report of rape was written by a Congress woman leader against her son Karan Morwal. In this case, even after many days, when the culprit was not arrested, the girl had warned of self-immolation. Later, Indore police arrested Karan, but to get anticipatory bail, Karan got a fake medical certificate made and showed that he was admitted to the government hospital in Badnagar. Later, when the police investigated, the documents used for anticipatory bail turned out to be completely fake. On this, the police registered a case of fraud against Karan Morwal. In the same case, he was absconding, on which a reward of Rs 5000 was announced.
