Bhopal: State Congress President Kamal Nath has urged the women of Madhya Pradesh to register for 'Nari Samman Yojana' and strengthen the efforts of women empowerment. Releasing a video, he has also asked the Congress workers to connect the women of their area with this scheme. He said that he has a resolution that he will make Madhya Pradesh the country's first state in the interest of women and security of women and for this he needs everyone's cooperation.

The former CM said that Congress has always taken strong steps for women power and women prosperity. He said that 'Sisters, with the resolve to make you strong and prosperous, we are bringing the Nari Samman Yojana, the registration work for the Nari Samman Yojana is being started from May 9, 2023. On May 9, 2023, I will inaugurate the statewide Nari Samman Yojana from Parasia in Chhindwara district. This scheme is being started with the resolution of giving kitchen gas cylinders for Rs. 1500 per month and Rs. 500 to the sisters and daughters of the state after the formation of Congress government in Madhya Pradesh. I appeal to the sisters and daughters of the state to register under this scheme and strengthen our efforts for women empowerment. Give power All Congress workers are requested to connect the sisters of their area with this scheme and ensure that the benefits of this historic scheme reach our sisters and daughters. Let us inform that Congress's Nari Samman Yojana is going to start from May 9. In this, the Congress will go door-to-door and get a form filled. Women will have to give some information in this form in the name of Nari Samman Yojana and it is being claimed that every eligible woman will be given Rs. 1500 per month along with a gas cylinder for Rs. Kamal Nath has said that every woman in the age group of 18 to 60 years will be eligible if the Congress government is formed.
