Bhopal: Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh by the end of this year. All the political parties are busy in helping the voters of the state with full force. In such a situation, just a few months before the elections, the Congress has made a big bet. Congress has announced loan waiver of farmers. On Friday, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh said, 'The campaign of loan waiver of farmers in Madhya Pradesh which has remained incomplete will be completed after the formation of the Congress government.'

Digvijay Singh said this in Tikri of Dhauhani assembly. Further, the veteran Congress leader said that after the formation of the government in Madhya Pradesh, proper arrangements will be made for cow shelters for stray cows roaming on the roads. After discussion with the media, Digvijay Singh said, 'MLAs were bought and sold to topple the Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh.'

After that, the campaign that Congress was running for the welfare of the farmers was completely stopped. Attacking PM Narendra Modi, Digvijay Singh said, 'If the Modi government at the Center can forgive 12 lakh crore rupees to big industrialists, then why can't a few thousand crore rupees be forgiven to the farmers?' Let us tell you that 72 percent of the total voters of Madhya Pradesh are rural voters. Most of the people of the rural society are directly or indirectly associated with agriculture. In such a situation, the Congress has tried to help a large population by announcing the loan waiver of the farmers.
