In the latest case, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary in the Lok Sabha has said something similar about the family. According to him, this family is a "brand equity". Whoever does not have one, it will be difficult for a person outside the Gandhi-Nehru family to lead the party. Adhir Ranjan said that a "strong"-minded party like the Congress, which has access everywhere, can stop the BJP's "sectarian chariot". "Regional parties are doing things like they will lose their importance in the coming days," he said.
