Here BJP and Congress are working on the strategy of winning more and more seats. So far, Jyotiraditya Scindia dominated the Congress in this area, but today he has joined the BJP, so Congress is now making a strategy to establish a regional leader as soon as possible to give him a fight. Congress currently has a post of Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, which can be handed over to the by-election by handing it over to the leader of Gwalior-Chambal division.

Let us tell you that in the 24 bye-elections of Madhya Pradesh Assembly, the area of 15 former MLAs who quit the Congress after resigning from the legislature belongs to Gwalior Chambal division. At the same time, Jaura seat is also from Gwalior-Chambal region in two seats vacated by the death of Jaura MLA Banwarilal Sharma and Manohar Camel of Agar Malwa. In this way, there will be a by-election for 16 seats in Gwalior-Chambal division, which is likely to happen by the end of this year after the Corona crisis.

Two-thirds of the by-elections are from Gwalior-Chambal, on which both BJP and Congress have to pay more attention. Congress is particularly focused there because Jyotiraditya Scindia's leaving the party has created a problem for the party in the region. Party sources say that the party still has the chair of the Leader of Opposition to put a leader in the Gwalior-Chambal division in Scindia's clash on which a regional leader can be installed.
