New Delhi: The Congress is going to take out the biggest Dandi March so far on 12 March. Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi and party's national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi will reach Gujarat to join it. From here, Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi can give the message of non-violence of Gandhiji against the incidents of violence happening in Delhi these days.

It is noteworthy that Mahatma Gandhi started the Dandi March on 12 March 1930, which ended on 6 April 1930. This year, 90 years are being completed on the historic Dandi March of Mahatma Gandhi. The yatra will start from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad and continue till 6 April. It will cover a journey of 386 km in 27 days. Congress interim presidents Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will also take part in this 27-day padayatra.

According to the news agency ANI, Sonia and Rahul Gandhi can address a public meeting on the day the Dandi Yatra ends. In this, CMs of all Congress-ruled states, members of the Congress Working Committee and Chief of State Congress Committee (PCC) will be present. The purpose of this journey is to remember and repeat the spirit of Bapu's Dandi March.
