People are at home in lockdown and are planning to eat something new every day. Today we have brought a great dish. 

Ingredients required - corn - 4, cornflour - 2-3 tablespoons, coriander - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped), ginger paste - 1 small tsp, green chillies - 2 (finely chopped), coriander powder - half a teaspoon, red chilli powder Half a teaspoon, salt as per taste, to fry oil.

Method of preparation - To make the corn pakoras, first grate the corn. After that, to make pakoras batter, mix corn pulp, cornflour, coriander powder, ginger paste, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and green coriander in a bowl and mix well. If the batter looks slightly thick, then add 1-2 tablespoons water and mix it. Now heat the oil in a pan to fry the pakoras. When the oil is hot, then put a batter with a spoon or hand. Now add 6-7 pakoras at a time to the pan so that all the pakoras can be fried well. Flip all the pakoras till they turn golden brown and crispy. Keep in mind that take out the pakoras on the napkin paper lying in a plate and then serve it with the desired chutney.
