The Health Department said that according to a report of Kasturba Hospital's lab, three BA.4 patients and one BA.5 patient have been confirmed in Mumbai. Of the four patients, two were 11-year-old girls and two men 40 to 60 years old. The department said – all these patients have been cured in home isolation. According to the Health Department, 9,354 cases of corona were reported in Maharashtra in May, out of which 5,980 cases were found in Mumbai. In May, 17 patients also died. At the same time, between June 1 and June 12, 23,941 infected have been reported in Maharashtra, out of which 14,945 have been found in Mumbai alone. There have also been 12 deaths this month.
