Mumbai: Highest cases of corona infection have been reported in Maharashtra on Wednesday. Indeed, restrictions have been imposed in many districts of the state at this time, but still, new cases of corona infection are increasing. In the last 24 hours, 13,659 new cases of corona have been reported which is surprising for everyone. A maximum number of 2507 patients has been found in Pune. In fact, a rising number of patients have been found in 6 districts of Maharashtra because of which they are declared as the hotspots of the corona. You must be aware that thousands of cases of corona are coming out in the last few days, in such a situation, the record for the last five months has been broken on Wednesday.

However, earlier on October 16, more than 11 thousand new corona cases were found in Maharashtra. During that time, 11,447 new cases were reported, now corona has broken its own record. Due to the increase in corona cases these days, the Maharashtra Health Department has formulated an action plan to check the patient's contacts, identify those who are very close to the infected, check their hotspots. Principal Secretary of Health Department, Dr. Pradeep Vyas says that on March 3, a letter has been sent to all the district administrations and they have instructed to take immediate steps at these points.

Not all social, state, and religious work has been said in Maharashtra at this time. The cases of Covid-19 have been increasing continuously since second week of February in the state. In the last 24 hours, 13659 new cases have been reported. Apart from this, 9913 patients have been cured and have returned to their homes.
