India has registered 13,203 new corona cases 13,298 in the last 24 hours on Monday, according to the union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. In one day, 131 cows have been taken up. Thus, the total covid-19 cases in the country have increased to 1,06,67736 and due to infection, the figure of the cases in the country has gone up to 1,53470.

The Indian Council of Medical Research said that a total of 19,23,37117 people have been checked in the country so far. On 24th January alone, 5,70246 samples have been tested.

There has been an increase in the number of people recovering from the covid-19 infection in the country and the number of active cases has declined. So far, 1,03,30084 people have recovered from the disease in the country.  In addition, there are 1,84182 active cases. Some of these patients are being treated in hospital and some in home isolation. A press release issued by the Health Ministry on Sunday said India took only 6 days to take 1 million vaccine doses. The countrywide covid-19 vaccination programme is currently underway. In the last 24 hours, 16,15504 people have been vaccinated.
