New Delhi: On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, 507 people died due to coronavirus across the country. Which is the highest figure in single day in the country. In June, it has been the most difficult month since Coronavirus infection has exposed, after which the lock-down period in many cities and states has increased even more. According to Health Ministry data, out of the total 17,4000 deaths due to Covid-19, only three states Maharashtra, Delhi and Tamil Nadu have 70 percent deaths. It has been learned that in the data till 8 pm last Wednesday, it has also been shown that in the last twenty-four hours, the total number has increased to 5,85,493 with 18,653 new issues of infection coming up. The rate of recovery from this disease is getting progressively better and it has reached near 60 percent.

According to the analysis, this is the fifth consecutive day when more than 18,000 cases have been reported of Covid-19. In the month of June, 3,94,958 issues of virus infection increased in the country, which is 68 percent of the total cases. According to statistics, 2,20,114 corona patients are still under treatment, while 3,47,978 people have recovered from this disease. This indicates that 59.43 percent patients have been infection free so far.

The first case of Covid-19 in India came to light in Kerala on 30 January when a student returned from Wuhan, China, was confirmed to be infected with Coronavirus. Health officials in Karnataka recorded the first death in the country on 12 March from Covid-19. In an effort to curb the spread of infection, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Manipur and Nagaland, among other states, have extended the period from June 30 to July 31 for various periods without any further relaxation in lockdown. Restrictive activities will be opened in a phased manner to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, although educational institutions, metro rail services, theatres and gyms will remain closed. The ban on political, cultural, sports programs and other events is going to continue in 'Unlock-2'.
