New Delhi: Corona figures are again cautioning the country. In the last 24 hours, 40,215 new cases were found, 42,338 recovered and 623 lost their lives. Kerala has reported the highest number of 14,539 patients. At the same time, it has also reached the top in case of active cases i.e. Now, 1 lakh 15 thousand 184 patients are being treated here. Maharashtra ranks second in the case with 1 lakh 4 thousand 406 active cases.

Lockdown in 8 states:-
There are restrictions like complete lockdown in 8 states of the country. These include West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Goa, and Puducherry. There have been stringent restrictions as soon as the previous lockdown.

Partial lockdown in 23 States/UTs:-
There is a partial lockdown in 23 States and Union Territories of the country. There is also exemption along with restrictions. These include Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat.
