Mumbai: With the increasing cases of the corona, its new variant Omicron, still remains a cause for concern. The government of the country has become very cautious about this, and they have started imposing various limits. Due to which all government and private schools, colleges, polytechnics, ITIs, coaching institutes, libraries and training institutes, as well as Anganwadi centres in Haryana will remain closed from January 3 to 12. An epidemic alert has been issued by the Chairman of Haryana State Disaster Management Authority and Chief Secretary of Haryana.

According to Dr Shashank Joshi, a member of the Maharashtra Covid Task Force, the number of corona patients in Mumbai is increasing rapidly. More than 8000 cases are expected to be registered, and the number will soon cross 10,000. The number may increase further in the coming days and the affected people will have to be admitted to the hospital. If we talk about Delhi, there have been 6360 active corona cases. There were 2291 active cases 3 days ago. The number of active cases has tripled in just three days.

The third wave is expected to begin in India amid rising cases of omicron. In such a situation, any kind of carelessness can add to the problem. Cambridge University had accurately predicted the second wave in India. The third wave warning is also a major threat to India.
