Ludhiana: There has been a huge increase in the number of police personnel in covid vaccination centers in Punjab. A total of 1146 police personnel have been vaccinated across the state on Thursday. Till date, a total of 1611 police officers have been vaccinated across the state. The Jalandhar Police Commissionerate was the first to get 213 police employees vaccinated in a single day.

Mansa got second place by getting 123 police employees vaccinated and 101 cities got third place due to the vaccination of 101 police personnel. In addition to Inspector General Police (IGP) Bathinda Jaskaran Singh and Police Commissioner (CP) Amritsar Sukhchain Singh Gill, nine SSPs, and three Commandants are scheduled to be vaccinated on the third day of the vaccination campaign.

DGP Dinkar Gupta praised all the police personnel who are voluntarily vaccinating themselves and their people to protect them from the covid epidemic. CM Capt Amarinder Singh on Tuesday introduced the covid vaccination at the police headquarters. Meanwhile, the first vaccine has been applied to DGP Dinkar Gupta.

Seven killed by Corona in Punjab: In Punjab has been found deficient in the case of covid. According to the state Health and Family Welfare Department, 7 patients have died today. At the same time, 197 new patients have appeared. In addition, the number of cured patients is 160. There is a patient in the ICU. 61 in Ludhiana, 27 in Jalandhar, 12 in Patiala, 15 in SAS Nagar, 7 in Amritsar, 4 in Gurdaspur, 10 in Hoshiarpur, 15 in Kapurthala, 2 in Sangrur, two in Fazilka, 5 in Fatehgarh Sahib, two more in Barnala covid in SBS Nagar
