Jerusalem: The two enemy nations of West Asia, Iran and Israel, are devastated by the deadly Coronavirus. With 149 deaths in Iran, the total number of deaths due to coronavirus infection has now reached 1,284. Israel has become the second country in the Middle East among the countries most affected by the Coronavirus. So far 677 infected cases have been confirmed in Israel.

According to the report of Xinhua News Agency, Iran's Minister of Health and Medical Education on Thursday confirmed that the number of corona-infected patients in the country has increased to 18,407 with 1,091 new cases on Wednesday. Qianush Jahanpur, head of the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Health, wrote in a tweet that, 'Corona's impact on Iran in Middle-East countries is horrific. Every hour 50 citizens are getting infected with this deadly virus here. At the same time, every 10 minutes this deadly virus is pushing an Iranian citizen to death.

The highest number of 244 cases a day has been reported in Israel on Thursday. The government here has decided to ban citizens from leaving home for 7 days and has made a provision of a fine of 14,400 new shekels ($ 3,945) and a jail term of up to six months for violations. A total of 256 and 7 deaths of Kovid-19 cases have been reported in Egypt.
