In Madhya Pradesh, the cases of Corona is increasing continuously. If we show carelessness in dealing with Covid-19 infection, by the end of this month, the total number of corona patients in the state will reach to 50 thousand. These figures are coming out in the research study of IIM Indore. Five professors from IIM Indore and Michigan University of America have done this research together.

These experts of bio-statics are saying that if the infected are left on their condition, by May-end, the number of corona patients in the state will reach beyond 50 thousand. Conversely, if the administration takes swift and accurate steps, MP will be able to limit the infection to only three thousand corona patients by the end of May. Professor Santin Banerjee of IIM Indore, Prof. of the University of Michigan, USA. Veera, Prof. Roopam Bhattacharya, Prof. Sarik Mohammad and Prof. Upali Nanda has done this research. These five professors from India and America studying the cases of Covid-19 infection and analyzing the data.

Prof. of IIM Indore Sayantan Banerjee says that lockdown alone is not an effective way of dealing with the infection. If the cases continue to grow with the same pace, then by the end of April, there will be two and a half thousand cases in MP and by the end of May, this number will reach beyond 50 thousand. It is important that the administration should take the right steps, then by May-end, the total cases of Covid-19 can limit to only 3 thousand."
