Amid the lockdown caused by the prevention from corona in India, the state government's complete failure to facilitate home delivery of essential goods to people in the last 24 hours, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday will meet the owners of grocery stores and supermarkets and will prepare a plan to deliver essential goods to the people.

On Thursday, state health officials managed to track down 14 high-risk individuals who were in contact with three individuals, all of whom test positive for COVID-19 late Wednesday. A statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office said that Sawant will hold a meeting with all the key vendors of the grocery market, such as super market operators, to make plans on the supply of essential items of the major grocery store owners.
