Coronavirus is spreading its wings rapidly in India. The number of infected patients in India has increased to 39. Five new patients have been confirmed in Kerala on Sunday. Kerala Health Minister KK Selja said that five new positive cases of coronavirus have been reported. These patients have been admitted to isolation ward. All five people are residents of Pathanamthitta district.

Regarding the matter, the Health Minister said that three of them returned from Italy on February 29 while two others belonged to them. All the infected people have been isolated and kept under observation at Pathanamthitta General Hospital. He was confirmed to be infected with the virus on Saturday night. Earlier, three people were found infected with the virus in the state. Those three students studying medical from Wuhan, China, the worst affected by a coronavirus, were discharged from hospital after treatment.

For your information, let us tell you that five new people infected with coronavirus found in Kerala belong to the same family. Three of these people have returned from Italy a few days ago. Kerala Health Minister KK Selja said that the family members had not given details of their visit at the airport, due to which they could not be investigated. Among the five people whose investigation report has come positive, one child is also involved.
