57 new cases including SSB Jawans reported COVID19 positive in Uttarakhand

Dehradun: The corona pandemic has affected every state in the country. In the meantime, 57 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been reported in Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Some jawans of SSB centralized training centre are also infected.

The Tehsildar Srinagar Sunil Raj has confirmed these cases. Srinagar Kotwali has been blocked in view of the suspicion of infection. Also, cases of COVID-19 infections in Dehradun city continue to create records day by day. On Thursday, there were 272 cases of COVID-19 infections in the city.  Hospitals, municipal corporations, directorate general of health, secretariat, educational institutions and other government offices located in the city are receiving COVID-19 cases.

In view of the rising data of COVID-19 patients, the district administration has made 85 beds reserve in two private hospitals. All these beds will remain reserved for COVID-19 patients. Collector Dr Ashish Kumar Srivastava said that "The number of beds can be increased if required. Collector Dr Ashish Kumar Srivastava said that Max Hospital has 10 ICU and ventilator and 31 beds of combined economy, double occupancy, single room reserve". All arrangements are being made as per the orders of the collector.
